Silinecek Veriler
Hesabınız silindiğinde aşağıdaki veriler tamamen kaldırılır:
- Kullanıcı adı ve profil bilgileri
- Tüm oyun geçmişi ve istatistikler
- Liderlik tablosu kayıtları
- Enerji ve joker bakiyesi
- Avatar seçimi ve tercihler
- Premium abonelik bağlantısı (abonelik iptali ayrı yapılmalıdır)
💡 Premium Kullanıcılar: Hesap silme işlemi aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.
Uygulama İçinden Hesap Silme
Uygulamayı Açın
Kelime Savaşları uygulamasını açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.
Profile Gidin
Ana ekranda profil avatarınıza dokunun ve profil ekranına geçin.
Ayarlar'ı Açın
Profil ekranında "Ayarlar" veya ⚙️ simgesine dokunun.
"Hesabı Sil" Seçeneğini Seçin
Ayarlar menüsünün altında "Hesabı Sil" seçeneğini bulun ve dokunun.
Onaylayın
Çıkan onay iletişim kutusunda "Hesabımı Sil" butonuna dokunarak işlemi tamamlayın.
E-Posta ile Hesap Silme Talebi
Uygulama içinden hesabınızı silemiyorsanız veya destek almak istiyorsanız bize e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz 72 saat içinde işleme alınır.

E-postanızın konusuna "Hesap Silme Talebi" yazın ve kayıtlı kullanıcı adınızı belirtin.
✉️ Hesap Silme Talebi Gönder⚠️ Warning: When you delete your account, all your game data, statistics, scores, and profile will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is completely removed:
- Username and profile information
- All game history and statistics
- Leaderboard records
- Energy and joker balance
- Avatar selection and preferences
- Premium subscription link (subscription must be cancelled separately)
💡 Premium Users: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately via the App Store or Google Play.
Delete Account from the App
Open the App
Open the Kelime Savaşları app and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile
Tap your profile avatar on the main screen to go to the profile screen.
Open Settings
On the profile screen, tap "Settings" or the ⚙️ icon.
Select "Delete Account"
Find and tap the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the Settings menu.
Confirm
Tap "Delete My Account" in the confirmation dialog that appears to complete the process.
Request Account Deletion via Email
If you cannot delete your account from within the app or need support, send us an email. Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
Send Account Deletion Request
Write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and include your registered username.
